The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with shower/toilet and hairdryer. Furthermore, there is a washing machine and dryer on the first floor. Upstairs are the two bedrooms with balcony access. They offer a beautiful mountain view. On the wooden terrace there is a beer table set and a barbecue. There is also a parasol and loungers. The house is 300 m from the ski slope. A deposit of 150 euros must be paid on site. The local tax with mobility tax of currently €2.80/person/night from 15 years and electricity at 0.30 ct. per kwh must be paid on site. Our guests bring their own bed linens and towels. Both can be rented for a fee. If pets are coming, they must be registered. A one-time fee of €35 per pet per stay will be charged.
