Forge in France. Country house with indoor pool.

Forge is a very large villa. It is set in 50 hectares of its own domaine which is made up of lakes, woods, parkland, wildlife walks and follies. It is not within a village and so it is a peaceful retreat from busy lives. It has 11 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a library, games room, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, dining hall, which seats all 24 guests at one long table, 2 kitchens and two other dining rooms. Sleeps up to 24 people - quality bedding provided. There is a lot of space for everyone. The space The house is very spread out with plenty of space for many people to relax comfortably together. The library makes a wonderful day room with space to sit and chat, play games or read. Downstairs from the library is the games room with a billiard table and next to that is the heated indoor pool that is heated with an air source heat pump the temperature can vary between 18-28 degrees depending on the weather outside. There is also a sauna and a hot tub (for a supplement). The house has 11 bedrooms 6 of which have ensuite shower rooms. There is a large dinning hall with a very long table that can seat up to 24 people. There are plenty of spaces to sit and relax. There are also two kitchens. Forge has great wifi which is accessible all around the house and even in some of the grounds. There are shaded outside areas to sit in the shade in the hot summers and a terrace that overlooks the large ponds. Forge is a perfect place for a special event, family holiday, or relaxing with friends. Luxury beds and bedding is provided. We ask guests to bring their own towels though they can be provided for a supplement if needed. Guest access Guests would be renting the whole of the main house and so the only shared spaces would be the outside spaces and these would be shared with the owners. My husband and I live on site in our own house which looks onto the courtyard. We have two dogs a German Shepherd and a Spaniel. We can sometimes be seen feeding the animals and maintaining the land but mostly we will leave you to enjoy the big house. We ask that noise is kept to a minimum in the courtyard after midnight. Other things to note The hot tub is available for you to use at an extra cost of €100 per stay. Please make sure that you let us know you will like to book the hot tub and we will send you a request for the payment.
