Charming, modernised cottage near Stonehenge.

Modernised cottage on Salisbury Plain a short drive from Stonehenge. Sleeps 2 in kingsized bed. Can accommodate a travel cot in the work from home study. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, underfloor heating, Sky/Netflix, a Hypnos bed with quality linen, both bath and shower in one & super fast broadband. Unheated pool use by arrangement with the host & there’s a shared outdoor space in the new vegetable garden with table and chairs & shaded area under trees. The space The cottage is a private, self-contained space with its own front door. It has been modernised with comfort and practicality in mind, while keeping a simple, relaxed feel. Parking is available on the driveway. It is a converted old stable adjacent to the rectory where we live. It looks over the gardens to the Church. It is a lovely space. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage and may come and go as they please. Self check-in and check-out is available via a secure lockbox. Other things to note The cottage is best suited to couples, solo travellers and couples with a baby but we do not have a cot but we do have a camp bed in the study. It’s a quiet setting and not suitable for parties. Please feel free to let us know if you have any specific needs — we’ll do our best to accommodate them. We may be able to provide homemade bread, honey and eggs - just ask.
