Guest access The apartment is located in Bloq2 Residences, Sikatuna Street on the 6th floor and is easily accessible via two elevators, ensuring a smooth arrival and convenient access throughout your stay. On arrival, you will be personally greeted, shown around the property, and provided with the keys. Please also help yourself to complimentary coffee and chilled water for refreshments. Upon check in, you’ll also be given a welcome brochure with all key information and contact details. To avoid disappointment, kindly note the building does not offer concierge services or luggage storage, so we recommend planning your arrival close to check-in, as there is no secure place to leave bags before check-in or after check-out. Other things to note EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT: requests can be accommodated subject to availability and may incur a small additional charge, depending on the time requested. Please let us know in advance if you would like to arrange this. PARKING: Guest parking is not guaranteed. Please check with Security on arrival regarding the availability of parking spaces for rent from other unit owners. Spaces are typically rented on a daily basis and are subject to availability. COMMUNICATION: This is not a hotel style or luxury accommodation. However, we are always happy to assist with anything we reasonably can. if you encounter any issues, please let us know first so we can address it before leaving a negative review. We will, however, make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. IMPORTANT: We take pride in maintaining a high standard for our guests.
