The Vieille Scierie is a characterful cottage located in Basville, in the heart of the Creuse countryside. A renovated old sawmill, the accommodation offers modern comfort and meticulous services, in a unique setting by a pond and a waterfall. Beautiful volumes, well-equipped accommodation, absolute quiet and surrounding nature. Great for a stay with family or friends, to recharge your batteries away from the hustle and bustle. Other things to note The gite is located in the heart of an 8 hectare natural estate including a pond, a river, a waterfall and unfenced areas. For security reasons, the place is not suitable for hosting young children. However, depending on the age of the children and under the responsibility of the accompanying adults, an exemption may be considered after prior communication with the hosts. Please contact us before booking with children. The gite is ideally configured for 4 people with: two bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 cm double bed, as well as two bathrooms, which provides real comfort for two couples. As the rooms are relatively spacious, it is also possible to add an extra 90 cm bed in each of them. This allows us to accommodate up to 6 guests in total, with 3 people per room.
