This house is ideal for anyone wanting to escape from everyday life without sacrificing culture, cuisine and city life. Quietly located, stylish, yet amazingly close to everything. The space 🏡 The space This house is more than a place to stay – it's a place to arrive, breathe and want to stay. A lovingly designed home in the Vienna Woods that combines nature, comfort and generosity. Here you will find peace, space and privacy – and at the same time everything that makes a stay relaxing and special. The open-plan living area on the ground floor combines kitchen, dining and living into a warm, communicative center of the house. Whether cooking together, long evenings at the dining table or relaxing hours on the sofa – you will immediately feel at home here. A guest toilet practically completes the ground floor. From here you can go directly to the terrace and garden: with seating, barbecue area and lots of greenery. An ideal place for breakfast in the morning sun, relaxed afternoons or mild evenings. An outdoor power connection is also ideal for charging e-bikes. 🛏️ Bedrooms & bathrooms On the 2nd floor there are two quiet Bedrooms with high-quality brick beds that can be folded up to save space if needed – ideal for using the space flexibly. An elegant bathroom with bath and shower and a separate guest toilet provide comfort and relaxation. The attic is a real highlight: A third bedroom with double bed, air conditioning for warm summer days, private bathroom (shower & toilet) and direct exit to the roof terrace. Up here you can enjoy privacy, far-reaching views and special tranquility – perfect for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. 💪 Fitness, housekeeping & extras In the basement there is a well-equipped fitness room – ideal for those who want to stay active on vacation. Also available: a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, practical for longer stays or families. In front of the house is a carport for two cars, comfortable and weather-protected. 🌿 Location & Surroundings The house is situated in a real gem of the municipality of Wienerwald – quiet, green and close to nature. At the same time, the place is excellently supplied: Two excellent inns, a food market, bakery, traffic, doctor and gas station are located directly in the village. Vienna and Baden are within easy reach – ideal for excursions, culture, spas or culinary delights. This place combines the best of two worlds: retreat in nature and proximity to the city. For longer stays of one week or more, we will gladly provide you with fresh towels and bed linens upon request. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it by prior arrangement. An extra charge may apply for this. Other things to note The base price includes 2 people. Each additional person is charged an extra charge (€25/night) to cover the increased water, energy and cleaning effort. This house was decorated with a lot of love. A mindful and respectful interaction helps to keep this special place for all. No parties or events. For longer stays of one week or more, we will gladly provide you with fresh towels and bed linens upon request. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it by prior arrangement. An extra charge may apply for this.
