The space The house has a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, which can accommodate 7 people, and a second bathroom. In addition, you can enjoy the front and back garden, ideal for breakfast outdoors, relaxing in the sun or sharing family moments. Its location is strategic for discovering the Asturian East: • Ribadesella is a short walk away, with its historic center, harbor and seaside atmosphere. • Cangas de Onís is only 20 minutes away, gateway to the Picos de Europa. • Llanes, with its beaches and cliffs, is a 30-minute drive away. • Sotres, one of the highest villages in Asturias, is 1 hour away, ideal for mountain lovers and hikers. In addition, there is a full bathroom. The front porch has a garden table and sofa, ideal for relaxing outdoors. In the back, a covered porch offers a large table for up to 10 people, an armchair and a pleasant reading area. First floor: Here are the three bedrooms: • Main bedroom with double bed • Bedroom with two single beds. • Bedroom with 1 bunk bed with 2 beds and 1 fold-out extra bed. There is also a built-in barbecue, which for safety and to reduce the risk of fire is not allowed to be used. Due to changes in the front garden, it cannot be accessed by car, so customers must park on the street (white area).
