The space Discover Valterra Lodges: in the Drôme, located in Châtillon-en-Diois, in the heart of the Vercors Regional Nature Park, VALTERRA Lodges is an experience where nature and ecology meet. Designed with eco-responsibility in mind, our wooden accommodation units, of French design, are insulated with natural materials and can be used all year round. The lodges are located around an old 18th-century residence with numerous vaulted rooms, where you can discover the cuisine of the Le Caveau restaurant. A wooded park, in the Napoleonic style, is available for you to relax or celebrate your private events. The site is pedestrianized, preserving the calm and serenity of the place. Private parking is located at the entrance, close to the restaurant, and a luggage drop-off service is offered for your comfort. Our 17 lodges are built of wood and blend harmoniously into their natural surroundings. Each lodge has a private covered terrace, a bright interior space, comfortable bedding and all the necessary equipment for a stay in any season. Modern comfort, natural design and soothing atmosphere: everything comes together for a sustainable and relaxing stay in the Drôme. An on-site restaurant offers a menu featuring local dishes and regional specialties from Le Diois. You will discover the flavors of local cuisine, prepared with fresh and seasonal produce. The adjoining Wine Cellar invites you to sample a selection of wines from here and elsewhere, including the famous Clairette de Die, the region's emblem. We offer full board or half board on request.
