85 m2, sea view of Sanguinaires and Ajaccio, air conditioning

In the small village of Coti Chiavari, at an altitude of 500 m, we rent our house in the countryside, which is a haven of rest with a superb sea view. Ideal for a family who wants to visit Corsica, close to the most beautiful beaches on the west coast. For hikers and nature lovers, it is a sought-after area ( the mare e monti path passes through the village) . Bicycle, Horse, hike… Beach, Jetski, water sports… Be careful, countryside = small animals! And Corsica = winding roads!! The space Our home is located at the bottom of the village. Our house is very simple, it is a secondary residence where we come frequently . So we leave some things there. Be careful, it is not suitable for young children, the terrace is not closed by barriers all along. Risk of falling while playing on the terrace. On the ground floor, there is a living room/kitchen of about 25 m², an independent toilet, a 9 m² bedroom (queen-size bed, 160 cm) with its own bathroom and a storage closet. The kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant holiday: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle . The glass window opens onto the large "plus" of our house: the terrace of about 100 m² with a magnificent sea view. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, a bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) with a closet, and a bathroom with a toilet. Washer. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room/kitchen. Coti is a small village with only a library, La Poste, and a small restaurant "Chez Vero". You have to go shopping in Porticcio ( 35 min). There is a small convenience store 3 km away as well as the restaurant "le belvédère". Otherwise, you have to go down to ajaccio or Propriano, about 45 minutes from the house, to have a bigger choice of shops. As a reminder, Corsican roads are often winding! It takes about 25 minutes to reach the silver beach ( famous beach mare e sol) , one of the most beautiful on this side of the island with its fine sand. Linens provided: bed linen (depending on the number of people), one beach towel per person, one bath towel per person, a dish towel, bath mat and 2 hand towels. We are on fertile ground so the very sloping garden is difficult to maintain, so impassable for our tenants, and not always aesthetic! But the terrace is more than enough! If you are only renting for two, I suggest you use the other listing, which is just for renting the lower part of the villa and allows for a reduced cleaning fee (the upper part will be locked except for the washing machine, of course). Guest access The terrace is not secured on the front edge for the sea view. So no children because there is a risk of falling. Otherwise the entire house is accessible except for a closet with our reserves, and a condemned room to put our belongings. Other things to note I'll note here that the terrace only has a railing on one side, the highest one. But no gate at the end of the terrace . So, no young children. On the other hand, if your baby is not working yet, there is a high chair and umbrella bed available. Upon your departure we will kindly ask you to leave the house tidy, dishwasher emptied, and garbage cans emptied. The concierge is there to clean but not to tidy up and put everything back in order. Any additional cleaning that will be necessary in addition to the standard cleaning, or any damage noted will be charged via the Resolution Center, obviously sending you the photos to support it.
