11 m² bedroom on the ground floor

Rent a 11 m² room in an old house. I welcome you and I will make you have a pleasant stay :-) access to all the amenities in the house Tea, herbal tea, coffee, homemade jam... etc... available on request Very selective waste sorting Electricity is provided by self-consumption solar panels wifi and tv via internet ok you can stay from 2 days, or even weeks or months... leisure: bowling and electric kart 10 minutes away, cinema 20 minutes away... The space There are regularly 2 or 3 in my house, the other roommates are people working in the area and very friendly. I have been sharing a home for many years and it is a great experience. Guest access you will have access to the fully equipped kitchen. 1 toilet on the ground floor and 1 toilet in the bathroom upstairs. The kitchen and the bathroom are to be shared with the occupants (including me, the owner) During your stay I will be available for any information you may need, of course. Other things to note You must have a vehicle because there is no public transport within 2 km. (bicycle, motorcycle, car...) I don't accept pets. The accommodation is located west of Strasbourg about 60 km away (on the Strasbourg/Paris axis) I don't accept students going to study in Strasbourg
