Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules. Guest access There is plenty of street parking and public transportation options in my nice walkable neighborhood. Other things to note Animals are allowed for a $20 fee if they are not allowed on the bedding (you can bring your own bed cover if you want them on the bed) and they don’t make much noise especially if you plan on leaving them unattended.
