Our family-led retreat space is located in a peaceful village in the green hills of Dhading at 800m altitude. Surrounded by nature and birdsong, it’s a place to slow down and rest. Enjoy scenic walks, waterfalls, temples, and distant Himalayan views, including the Annapurna range. Our family has lived here for generations, growing organic food and using local medicinal plants. We also offer yoga, meditation, and sound healing. Rafting and zip-lining are available within driving distance. The space About the Property InnerVillage is a family-led retreat home located in a peaceful village in the hills of Dhading, Nepal (800m altitude). This is not a hotel, resort, or commercial guesthouse. It is our lived family space, where retreat life naturally blends with everyday village life. The property is surrounded by green hills, forest, farmland, and local homes. You will hear birds, village sounds, and sometimes farm animals — this is real rural life. Accommodation We offer: 4 private rooms 4 shared rooms (2 people per room) All rooms have: Comfortable beds Attached Western-style bathrooms Hot water showers Natural light and ventilation Simple, clean design The rooms are not luxury-style, but they are comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared. Practice & Gathering Spaces InnerVillage includes: Indoor yoga & meditation hall Open-air yoga shala Sound healing space with a full set of singing bowls 100cm large singing bowl for full-body vibration sessions Eco-friendly yoga mats and blocks Quiet corners for reflection Shared dining space with valley views These spaces are used for yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, gratitude practice, ritual, and sound healing. Kitchen & Food We have: Western-style kitchen Traditional family kitchen Much of our food is locally sourced, and many vegetables are grown on our own land or by nearby farmers. Meals are vegetarian, seasonal, and simple — aligned with retreat life. Guests are welcome to learn about farming, visit the garden, or observe daily food preparation if interested. Farm & Village Life We grow vegetables and maintain a small local farm. You may see cows, goats, and other village animals nearby. Daily life includes simple rituals, prayer, and seasonal farming activities. This is not staged for tourism — it is our everyday life. Animal areas are accessible with guidance. The Western-style kitchen may be used with prior agreement. The traditional family kitchen is private unless invited. Roads are rural, and the environment is peaceful but not isolated from real life. We live here full-time, and daily rituals, farming, and community life continue naturally during your stay.
