For guests who love swimming, boats and jetties. The lake is a few meters from the living room/conservatory. Comfortable stairs down into clear water and a summer independent of weather and wind in the conservatory behind high panoramic windows. House facade with sliding sections and over the water a suspension bridge a few steps from the kitchen. The boat is located at the jetty and the location is secluded. Newly-built house and in 2024 a new conservatory. 7 beds, of which 2 are in the Annex. In the loft, beds for children/young people. Annex with kitchenette, shower/hot water and incineration toilet. The space Fully tiled, fully equipped bathroom with toilet and changing table. Mattresses, duvets and pillows are available for seven beds, which is the maximum number for adult overnight guests. Bed linen and towels are not included. For children in the loft (5-12 years), there are mattresses and we can provide extra pillows and duvets at no additional cost. The house has TV with Wi-Fi. Cleaning equipment is available. Final cleaning can be booked as an option for 150 Euro (1500 SEK) The annex has a kitchenette with shower/hot water, a separate Cindy incineration toilet and a water heater. Guest access Rented out only weekly (Saturday to Saturday) and only to families and family relations. The property is suitable for families or similar, is new, fresh and fully equipped with a total of 145 sqm of living space (main building/outdoor room, guest house) within 5 meters from the shoreline. Between the jetty stairs and the bathing steps, it is shallow and child-friendly (40-60 cm deep). Pets allowed. Other things to note Cleaning Final cleaning can be booked as an option for 150 Euro (1500 SEK) Activities and good to bring: Bicycles for cycling along the Göta Canal from Lake Vättern to the Baltic Sea. There are four bicycles (not electric) available for adults. Swimwear and swim shoes. There is a life jacket for both children and adults but not in all small sizes. During the summer weeks, a boat with an electric motor is available at no extra cost. Location The property is located between Ljungsbro and Borensberg. Good paved road and by car about 20 minutes from Linköping. The houses are located between Göta Kanal and Norrbysjön (see map), 20 km from Linköping and 220 km from Stockholm. Restaurants and food There are two well-stocked grocery stores in Borensberg (about 10 km). Drive over Göta Kanal through the city center and then Hällsättersleden on the left. After about 100 meters, ICA Supermarket and Östensson are on the left. On the way to Borensberg is the restaurant "Brunneby Musteri" with full rights (5 km).
