The Great Escape Villas are a holiday complex consisting of three independent villas, each featuring its own private swimming pool. Villa Fengari is a carefully designed three-level residence spanning 200 square meters. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 spacious bedrooms, with the flexibility to host up to 11 guests if needed. The space Villa Fengari is ideally located on the outskirts of Rethymno. All essential amenities are just a short drive away, making daily needs effortless, while the beautiful area of Rethymno and its picturesque Old Town are only 5.5 km away. Layout A modern open-plan and functional space featuring a living area and a fully equipped kitchen with branded electrical appliances, breakfast bar, and dining area. The space includes air conditioning and a 45’’ smart TV. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, private pool, BBQ, and the villa’s outdoor areas. First Floor On the first floor, you will find a bright open-plan space with a living room, air conditioning, smart TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. This level also features a bathroom and access to a large terrace with seating, offering views of the sea and mountains. The first floor includes: Bedroom 3: Large double bed, wardrobe, 32’’ smart TV, air conditioning, and direct access to a terrace with views of the pool, sea, and natural surroundings. Bathroom: With bathtub and shower. Second Floor The second floor hosts two comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 4: Double bed, wardrobe, 32’’ smart TV, air conditioning, with unobstructed sea views. Bedroom 5: Two single beds, wardrobe, 32’’ smart TV, air conditioning, and access to a terrace overlooking the endless blue sea. A shared bathroom with shower is also available on this level.
