A: We are located at Bella Vita Bangad, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija (Est 20 minutes away from Palayan City Hall and 30 minutes away from WalterMart Cabanatuan). We’ll send the exact block and lot number once your booking is confirmed! Q: Can we bring more people? A: Yes! The suite can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Our sofa bed converts into a double-sized bed. There is an additional fee of 350 per pax for the 3rd and 4th guest. Q: Are children included in the head count? A: No, children below 5 years old are free of charge! Please let us know the total number of guests (adults and kids) so we can prepare enough linens and amenities for you. 🕒 Check-in & Check-out Q: Can we check in early or check out late? A: Our standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may have a small hourly fee. Q: Is there a security deposit? A: Yes, we collect a refundable security deposit of ₱1,000 upon check-in. This will be returned to you via GCash after checkout, provided there are no damages or missing items. 🍳 Amenities & Rules Q: Can we cook inside the suite? A: Absolutely! You can use our induction cooker, air fryer, toaster, and rice cooker. We just ask that you clean the utensils after use and avoid cooking "heavy-smelling" foods (like dried fish) inside. Q: Is parking available? A: Yes, there is a Free parking available within the Bella Vita premises. Q: Are pets allowed? A: Unfortunately no, to maintain the cleanliness and "Luxe" feel of the suite for all guests, we currently do not allow pets. Q: Is smoking allowed? A: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite to keep the space fresh. You may smoke outside the unit.
