Our duplex 30.18 miles from the sea is the ideal place for you to come and rest with your family. Its location allows you to be a few steps away from both the beach and the river; you have markets and greengrocers nearby. The space Upstairs with two bedrooms: the master with a queen size bed, a large closet to store your things and a heater. The second bedroom has two single sommier beds, a closet and a heater. All beds include sheets, quilts and pillows. There is also the master bathroom with shower and accessories. Each guest has their own set of towels. On the ground floor there is an integrated space with a full kitchen-dining room and grill, living room with SMART TV, and a large toilet. It also has a small patio where a car can enter, you can leave the deckchairs! Guest access You can use the entire house, respecting the cleaning rules and taking care of it as we do!
