Study desk Comfy sofa in the lounge with new aircon and new smart TV, free high speed wifi, books. Kitchen area with dining table for 4, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, new fridge and freezer, toaster. No dishwasher for the moment. Well equiped with kitchen cutlery and utensils for 4 persons. The unit has good vibes, lots of large windows with outlook into the greenery of the backyard, well equipped pantry and supplies. The unit has access to shared laundry and well maintained backyard. The parking is on the street - it’s available plenty, safe and free. Also possibility to park within property upon request at extra costs ($10/day paid via airbnb app) and subject to availability. The lane is narrow and the use at your own risk The unit is on the first floor, STAIRCASE to the entry door, not suitable for any walking handicap. We are close to the centre, but in a gorgeous residential areas with large Queenslanders and little traffic. No excessive noise is welcome as our neighbours are friendly and quiet. Only a short stroll from the local shopping centre (Australia Post, bottle, grocery, bakery shops, hairdresser and a petrol station 200m from the property).
