Quavers Rest: A Quaint, Rural Studio with Hot Tub.
Quavers Rest - quintessential little retreat with hot tub available
Description
Quavers Rest is our cosy little ‘home from home’ – a comfortable rural studio and a lovely base for exploring the surrounding area. Your private hot tub is available as an optional extra for £60 per stay. We are in a quintessentially English village – a small church, village green, a handful of houses and probably more horses than people! It is wonderfully peaceful and rural. The space Quavers Rest is our little ‘home from home’ – comfortable, cosy and fully self-contained. There is a comfortable double bed with feather duvet and pillows. If you prefer or require non-feather bedding, please bring your favourite duvet and pillows from home – we are happy to provide the bed linen, just ask. Quavers Rest is best suited to two guests, with additional sleeping arrangements available for children or families on request. If you are travelling as a family, there is also a sofa bed, cot and airbed available – please ask if you need extra bedding. The dining area comfortably seats two and there is a fully tiled wet room with plenty of hot water. The kitchenette is compact but well equipped, with a fridge, microwave, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils – so you can prepare anything from breakfast to an evening meal. Quavers Rest is fully self-catering. We provide a few essentials to get you started, but please bring or pick up the provisions and toiletries you will need for your stay. Outside there is a small garden area with seating, together with the hot tub if you have booked it. We rather like quirky gardens, so don't expect everything to be perfectly straight! Some surfaces are uneven and can become slippery when wet, so please take care. Guest access Quavers Rest has its own private entrance and a small garden area with seating for your use. One private parking space is allocated to Quavers Rest. If you're bringing a second vehicle, there is usually ample free parking on the road nearby. We kindly ask that you do not park on the village green. Other things to note Our dogs live on site but are kept separate from the accommodation, so they have no access to Quavers Rest. Please don't encourage them over to the guest area. Because we are in a rural location – which is one of the reasons we love living here! – mobile and broadband signal can occasionally be a little patchy. Quavers Rest is in a very quiet rural village, so we simply ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly when using the garden or hot tub in the evening. Please observe our quiet hours of 23.00 - 07.00
