The environment is peaceful and away from noise, making it perfect for families, friends, or small groups to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 10 people. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the beds include 1 king-size bed, 3 queen-size beds, and 2 single floor mattresses. The homestay provides clean sheets, duvets, hangers, and plenty of outlets for a comfortable and worry-free stay. The living room has a Smart TV, a sofa, and a dining table, suitable for spending time with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, Cuckoo water dispenser, and basic cooking utensils for light cooking. The bathroom has a water heater, shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. The B&B has a fence and gate, outdoor CCTV, night lighting, and 2-3 free parking spaces to ensure a safe stay. Conveniently located, about 15 minutes by car from downtown Dongjia. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out time is before 12:00 PM. No smoking or parties inside. Please lower the sound volume after 10pm. A security deposit of RM300 is required before check-in and will be refunded within 24 hours after the room has been inspected at check-out.
