Sleeping up to five guests, it offers a comfortable living room with an electric fire, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and access to a large garden. Perfect for scenic walks, days on the sandy beaches of Camber Sands, visits to vineyards like Gusbourne, cozy pubs, exploring Rye, or simply slowing down in rural Kent and East Sussex. The space The cottage is arranged over three floors, offering plenty of space and a practical layout for families, friends or longer stays. Ground floor The ground floor features a comfortable living room with an electric fire and television — a cosy spot to relax in the evenings. The fully equipped kitchen is also on this level, with everything needed for self-catering, including a washing machine. First floor On the first floor you’ll find a double bedroom, a single bedroom and the family bathroom, which includes a bath (please note, no shower), basin and WC. Second floor The top floor has a twin bedroom, tucked away and ideal for children or extra guests. Outside space Guests have access to a fenced rear garden backing onto open farmland, perfect for fresh air, outdoor dining and dogs to enjoy. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage during their stay. This includes all living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom across all three floors as well as the rear garden.
