We are just 15 minutes away from Telford park and shopping centre. 10 minute drive from Blist Hill museum and 15 minute drive from Iron bridge. Please note, There is a public walk way on our grounds, so although this is a very private property, you may encounter a dog walker or two. The grounds are very much woodland/forest. There are some means of escape for dogs, so a lead is advised. But obviously you know your dog. Guest access Full use of the whole property including lake and grounds. Other things to note The property has a gate, this must be closed behind you once parked. As there is a public walkway inside the property, you may encounter the odd dog walker. By booking and staying at this property, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party, including children. The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of using or accessing the lake or surrounding grounds. Children must be supervised at all times near the water. Swimming, boating, fishing, and any other water-related activities are undertaken strictly at your own risk. Guests are responsible for ensuring they take appropriate precautions and exercise care during their stay. We have two external cameras at the property—one covering the driveway and one overlooking the courtyard. As the property is very secluded, these are there purely for security and peace of mind. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property or in any private areas.
