We rent our beautiful large and quiet house in Thailand during our time in Germany. The house captivates above all by the many greenery and the size. It offers more than enough space for couples or families. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, air conditioning and double bed, on the upper floor in different sizes. By car, you can reach the heart of Bangkok in 45 minutes (e.g. Thonburi, Rama 9) and live very quietly in the countryside on the outskirts. The space The house captivates above all by its generous size and the many greenery. It offers couples and families more than enough space – also ideal for longer stays. Upstairs are three bedrooms in different sizes, each with their own bathroom, air conditioning and double bed. All rooms are accessible by stairs. The ground floor is also very spacious and has two separate workstations, a guest toilet, a cozy living area and a dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen area are the sink area, a storage/laundry room and another room with a couch and table (intended for a cleaning person). In addition, there is another bathroom on the ground floor. You can walk completely around the house. Outside there is a nice sala to linger. The areas next to the sala as well as in front of the house were freshly filled with new soil and newly greened – from Q2 everything should be completely green. The house is great for couples or families who want to live in Thailand for a long time and work remotely: there are two separate workstations and fiber optic Internet (up to 2 Gbit/s download, 1 Gbit/s upload). The area is also very dog-friendly and quiet – with lots of nature on the outskirts of Bangkok, but still with all the comforts: massages, cheap food and shopping centers are just a few minutes away. Two shopping centers are less than 15 minutes away. A washing machine is available outside. Bangkok can be reached by car in about **30-45 minutes** (e.g. **Thonburi, Chatuchak, Rama 9**), depending on traffic. In front of the residential complex there are **motorcycle and car taxis**, and **Grab** works reliably. Guest access All areas of the property and house can be used except for 2 rooms that serve as storage rooms. Therefore, the area to be used was set to 180 m². The property is about 500 m² and the house 220 m². Access to the property via a gate or an electronic sliding gate for cars. 2-4 cars can park on the driveway. The main access to the house is possible via smart lock and PIN through the main door. Then over a total of 4-6 doors leading outside. Other things to note For rentals of more than 14 days, water and electricity costs will be charged separately and extra. 1:1 the price of the state utilities. We are also happy to arrange our cleaning staff for 800 baht, which is billed directly. We can arrange an airport transfer by van for up to 6 people and animals.
