With three ensuite bedrooms and a large terrace over the water, suits couples, families, or small groups. Located in peaceful countryside just a short drive from Pai town. 1 sofa bed for 2 and single extra beds are also available to accommodate up to 10 guests. The space Bedrooms The villa offers three bedrooms: two with king beds and one with a queen bed, each featuring an ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, TV, safe box, and mosquito-screened windows. The master bedroom is located on the first floor at the main entrance level. Two additional bedrooms are on the lower floor, connected directly to the indoor living room. 1 comfortable sofa beds for 2 with mattress toppers is also available (in the master bedroom), as well as extra single mattresses, allowing accommodation for up to 10 guests. Bathrooms All ensuite bathrooms include hot water and full amenities. Kitchen & Dining The fully furnished kitchen is located on the first floor and equipped for home cooking. Missing items can be provided on request. The main dining area is set on the large lakeside terrace on the lower floor, creating a beautiful setting for meals by the water. Outdoor Spaces & Lake Enjoy a private natural lake reserved exclusively for your group, complete with a half-island chill-out area featuring sofas.Arround the lake, you will find a wooden swing and a hammock positioned for maximum privacy from the villa. Guests may swim in the lake. The grounds include lush jungle landscaping, an outdoor dining table for up to 10 guests, BBQ facilities available on request, and multiple seating areas. Practical Amenities The villa includes a laundry area with washing machine, cleaning supplies, and drying rack, plus large onsite parking and a private gated entrance. Services & Safety Food and drink delivery can be arranged when available. Self check-in is provided, with 24/7 assistance if needed. For safety, security cameras are located only at the property entrance and the villa’s private entrance. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire Lake Villa, its private grounds, and the lake itself. The villa is part of a small four-villa private complex, where each home is fully independent and has its own private entrance. Access is easy via a concrete road all the way to the property, suitable for both cars and motorbikes. The driveway and parking area are shared with the other three villas within the complex. A scooter or car is highly recommended, as the villa is located about a seven-minute drive from Pai town in peaceful countryside. Self check-in is provided via a key box, and assistance is available 24/7 in person if needed. The owner lives in a neighboring villa within the complex, ensuring quick support while fully respecting guests’ privacy. Other things to note This villa is designed for peaceful stays rather than large uncontrolled parties. Small events may be approved in advance and are subject to guest limits. Catering for gatherings can be arranged on request, including food, drinks, decorations, and BBQ. Outside guests are not permitted after 10pm without prior approval. Children are welcome. Children under two years old stay free, and a baby crib can be provided on request. Please note that the property includes a private lake, so children must be supervised at all times. Pets may be accepted on request. Smoking is not permitted indoors but is allowed in outdoor areas. The villa is not ideal for guests with reduced mobility, as stairs are required to reach the lower floor bedrooms, terrace, and lake area. As the villa is located in the countryside, guests may encounter local wildlife such as geckos, butterflies, various birds, and insects. All bedrooms are sealed, though small geckos may occasionally find their way inside (they are harmless and part of rural Thailand) Emergency lighting is provided in case of power outages. The property benefits from an excellent water supply with strong pressure and filtered water sourced from a deep well.
