Hello! Welcome to a bright and spacious 3 bedroom apartment, located in a peaceful area, just a 5 minute walk from the city center. The space The space: Our private upstairs apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, large living room, spacious kitchen and separate bathroom/toilet. All rooms and the living room are very sunny. Two bedrooms overlook the quiet back garden, while one bedroom overlooks the front garden. (Note: We have a chicken coop in the front garden; you might hear the roosters crowing early in the morning. Light sleepers might prefer our back garden side rooms.) Listing details: • Capacity: Maximum 6 people. Each bedroom features a double bed. • Common areas: The living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are entirely for your private use. • Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and all basic kitchen equipment (pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.) are available. Note: The dishwasher is not currently working; dishes must be washed by hand. Cleaning products are provided. • Heating & Cooling: Each bedroom and living room has electric radiators. In addition, our living room has a fireplace accessible to guests (wood is provided). There is no air conditioning, but keeping the shutters closed during the day provides natural coolness. • Entertainment: Our living room offers a variety of board and card games. • Parking: Free parking available in our private front garden (capacity for 3 cars). What we provide to our guests: • Clean sheets, blankets and pillows for each bed. • One bath towel per guest. • Shampoo, shower gel, soap and hair dryer in the bathroom, as well as an emergency toothbrush. • Toilet paper, wet wipes, a toilet brush and a toilet cleaner. Important Notes & Transparent Information: • Pets: We have a boxer dog (Astro) and a cat (Minoush). Our dog does not have access to your apartment, but he is very friendly and playful if you want to meet him in the garden or with us😊. Our cat is an independent wanderer. If you wish to bring your own pet, please let us know in advance. • Chicken coop: Our chicken coop at the entrance is home to 2 hens and 2 roosters. You can observe them and take pictures. • Access restrictions: The back garden is reserved for our private space and our dog; it is not accessible to guests. • Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available (but weak) only in the living room and kitchen. There is no connection in the bedrooms. • Laundry: The washing machine is on our floor, so if you need to use it, we can help you for a reasonable fee. • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. It's only allowed in the front garden. • Children: You can stay with your children. A stroller and car seat are available (free of charge). A crib or high chair is not available.
