In the cottage: large living room, kitchen-dining room, fireplace, sauna, 3 bedrooms + loft (loft height in the ridge is 1.40 m) for 3 beds. The house can comfortably accommodate 5 people (there are 3 more beds in the loft, it can accommodate 3 more people overnight). The cottage is equipped with household appliances and utensils necessary for cooking and eating. The cottage also has bedding (blankets and pillows for eight people). Wireless internet (extra charge). Additional equipment of the cottage (in the house): a children's folding crib-manege (for children under 2 years old), a high children's chair, bedding for a crib), a children's night potty. Outside: 2 portable grills, skewers, smokehouse (wood-fired), a cauldron for cooking fish soup. There is a hot tub next to the house. The water in the barrel is heated by a wood-burning stove. The use of the hot tub is paid additionally on site. The cottage is located on the shore of Lake Sulkyarvi, the windows have a beautiful view of the lake. The beach, grill gazebo, playground are 50 m away, the golf club restaurant with an open summer terrace is a 10-minute walk away. There are 2 lakes in the village: Kannantakainen and Sulkyarvi (pike, perch, burbot, roach, crayfish in the permitted season). The rental price of the cottage includes: the use of one rowing boat, the rental of a second boat is paid. In winter, a cross-country ski track is laid in the vicinity of the village. In summer and autumn, you can pick up mushrooms and berries (strawberries, blueberries, lingonberries) in the village and its surroundings. Children under 7 years old stay free of charge. There are 2 lakes in the village: Kannantakainen and Sylkyjärvi - there are pike, bass, burbot, roach and crawfish. Using one oared boat is included in lease, second- for extra pay. In the winter, you can ski on the light track. In the autumn you can gather mushrooms and berries. Accommodation for children under 7 years is free. Guest access - Use of all amenities in the house: sauna, shower, toilet, fireplace. - use of all household appliances in the house: electric kettle, an electric coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender, as well as dishes for eating and cooking; The cottage has: washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, folding clothes drying rack; - The cottage has: TV and DVD; - At the house: a grill for cooking on an open fire; - Free parking for cars; - free use of one rowing boat; - Bed linen is not included in the rental price. If you need it, please let us know in advance, then it will be delivered to the cottage by your arrival. The bed linen set includes 2 towels (for shower and hands). Sauna sheets are paid separately; Personal hygiene products can be brought with you or bought on the way in any of the Finnish supermarkets; In our village you can use the services of the golf club restaurant, the menu includes Finnish cuisine. You can replenish your food supply in the shops of Kerimäki (6 km) or in the Prisma supermarket (10 km). In the cottage: - sauna, shower, toilet, fireplace. - household appliances.
