Hoevense wellness with hot tub & sauna

Welcome to our cozy and recently renovated vacation home with large green garden, private hot tub and sauna! ✨ 'Hoevense Wellness' is a detached house and is located on a small-scale holiday park located in nature.🌳 Nearby, there is plenty to do for young and old. Relax completely in this wonderful place and enjoy with family and friends! The space 🏡 The layout of 'Hoevense Wellness' is as follows: On the left side of the house, you enter the main hall via the entrance. There, on the left, you will find the stairs leading upstairs, and immediately to the right behind the front door is the central heating cabinet. Adjacent is the bathroom with a wonderful rain shower, separate hand shower 🚿, large mirror with lighting, half-bath, washing machine and dryer. In the wooden cabinet with two separate sinks are washcloths and a hairdryer. During your stay, the use of detergent, shampoo, and shower gel is included. Next to the bathroom is the meter cabinet from which the free Wi-Fi is controlled. The downstairs bedroom and indoor Finnish sauna (suitable for 2/3 people) are also located in the hall. The ground floor bedroom has beautiful light coming through the large window and features two wonderfully made single box spring beds. A nice wardrobe with a hanging and lying area and a full-length mirror are available in this room. From the hall, you then enter the cozy living room with large sliding doors to the spacious private garden. The cozy living room has a teddy bear sofa, a large smart TV and a cabinet full of various board games 🎲, puzzles and books. There are also baskets with children's toys. The living room has a cozy dining area that can accommodate six people. You can enjoy a wonderful meal at the beautiful round table. The open kitchen is very fully equipped with a combi-oven/microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob (4 burners), dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso Dolce Gusto ☕ machine, kettle and provided with spices, olive oil, coffee and tea for the first few days. Dishwasher tablets and other cleaning supplies are free to use. On the second floor are two large stylish bedrooms with two made-up single box springs 🛏️ and a separate half-bath. Opposite the stairs is a cozy half-bath with a sink. A stair gate is attached to the top of the stairs to ensure the safety of small children. The bedrooms on the upper floor have beautiful felt panels that radiate warmth and provide nice acoustics. There are also (clothes) closets, a cozy sitting area and a crib for your baby or toddler. All beds have a firm pillow, a comfortable duvet, a duvet cover, hand and bath towels. Garden: Through the sliding door, you step into the very spacious and green garden. 🌸 The terrace has a cozy seating area and is attractively lit in the evening. The wonderful wood-burning hot tub adjacent to the terrace is suitable for six people and can only be used by you and your group. PLEASE NOTE: Firewood is NOT included in the price. At an additional cost, we can offer wood including firelighters and kindling. Of course, it is also possible to bring your own firewood. Furthermore, the sunny ☀️ garden has a large lawn, tumble bars and climbing poles for children. Enjoy the sounds of birds in peace, and who knows, you might spot squirrels 🐿️ in the trees! Surroundings: The vacation park is quietly located in a beautiful wooded area in the cozy village of Hoeven. The beautiful Brabant natural landscape invites you to take beautiful walks and bike rides. 🚴‍♀️ Furthermore, the area is great for an active outing, such as Splesj (spectacular adjacent water playground), ice karting at SnowWorld Rucphen-Breda or the indoor play paradise Playdôme Roosendaal. Take a trip to Safaripark Beekse Bergen or go shopping at Designer Outlet Roosendaal. Admire the Basilica in Oudenbosch or pay a visit to the bustling city of Breda. Guest access A few days before your arrival, you will receive the check-in details and other information you need for a pleasant stay. To enter the holiday park by car, you need a white tag to open the barrier. You only need the tag when driving in. NOTE: the tag can be used 1x every half hour! The house has parking for two cars. Other cars must be parked in the parking lot at the entrance of the park. Parking is free. From the general parking lot, it is a few minutes' walk to the house. Other things to note 🧼 Cleaning We think it is super important that you can immediately enjoy a clean and well-kept home upon arrival. No fuss, just relax from the first moment. The home is therefore professionally cleaned after each stay – regardless of whether the stay was 1 night or multiple nights. This ensures a fresh start and a carefree stay 🙌 Included in the total price: ✔️ Professional final cleaning (the hot tub and sauna are also cleaned every time). ✔️ Beds are made. ✔️ Towel package per guest (2 towels per person). ✔️ Energy costs. ✔️ Tourist tax. ✔️ Scented oil for the sauna. ✔️ The hot tub is filled with clean water. Exclusive to the total price: ✔️ Wood, firelighters and kindling for the hot tub. PLEASE NOTE: Migrant workers are not allowed in this holiday park! The house can only be rented for recreational use.
