Idyllic farmhouse sauna end accommodation

Here you can experience the peace of the countryside near the city in the culturally significant village of Okeroinen; 7 km to the center of Lahti, 100 km to Helsinki. Near my place, Salpausselkä geopark 4 km, Messilä ski resort 5 km, Okeroinen riding stable, bus stop 1.3 km, nearest shop about 2 km. Okeroinen mill 1 km, cycling terrain from the front door. The accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and those who enjoy outdoor activities. The space The apartment is located at the other end of an old farmhouse. It has its own entrance. The apartment is accessed through the courtyard of the farmhouse. The accommodation has served as the grandparents' home before the renovation. The apartment has its own sauna area. There is no kitchen, but the room has a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and dishes. The courtyard of the country house is idyllic; two barns, a barn and a beautiful courtyard with well-kept plantations make it a cozy and sheltered place. The rural idyll is enhanced by more than twenty horses in the surrounding area, as well as the cornfields and the valuable cultural landscape of the old village of Okeroinen. Guest access You can move freely in the yard, the areas used by the owner (2) are marked with "private" signs. Smoking is allowed in the area at the end of the house reserved for the guests' own cooling off/use, with two lounge chairs and a small table with chairs. The apartment is only for guests, if you want to invite a guest, please discuss it with the host. Pets are welcome, but we hope they are under the owner's control in the yard where other animals are also moving. Other things to note Two dogs (Jack Russell Terriers) and one cat live in the house. 8 chickens and a rooster live in their own cottage in a fenced area.
