Comfortable room with free parking (no:1)

Hello! Welcome to your room in a bright and spacious 3 bedroom apartment, located in a peaceful area, just a 5 minute walk from the city center. The space The Space: Our private upstairs apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a spacious kitchen, and a separate bathroom/toilet. All rooms and the living room are very sunny. The bedrooms overlook the quiet back garden. (Note: We have a chicken coop in the front garden; you might hear the roosters crowing early in the morning.) Room Details: • Capacity: Maximum 2 people. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa. • Shared Spaces: The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. • Kitchen: A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all basic cooking equipment (pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.) are available. Note: The dishwasher is not currently in use; dishes must be washed by hand. Cleaning products are provided. • Heating & Cooling: The bedroom and living room have electric radiators. In addition, our living room has a fireplace available for guests (wood is provided). There is no air conditioning, but keeping the shutters closed during the day provides natural cooling. • Entertainment: Our living room offers a variety of board games and cards. • Parking: Free parking is available in our private front garden (capacity for 3 cars). What we provide for our guests: • Clean sheets, blankets, and pillows for each bed. • One bath towel per guest. • Shampoo, shower gel, soap, and a hairdryer in the bathroom, as well as an emergency toothbrush. • Toilet paper, wet wipes, a toilet brush, and toilet cleaner in the toilet. Important Notes & Transparent Information: • Pets: We have a boxer dog (Astro) and a cat (Minoush). Our dog doesn't have access to your apartment, but he's very friendly and playful if you'd like to meet him in the garden or with us 😊. Our cat is an independent wanderer. If you'd like to bring your own pet, please let us know in advance. • Chicken Coop: Our chicken coop at the entrance houses 3 hens and 3 roosters. You're welcome to watch them and take photos. • Access Restrictions: The back garden is reserved for our private space and our dog; it's not accessible to guests. • Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is only available in the living room and kitchen. There is no connection in the bedrooms. • Laundry: The washing machine is on our floor, so if you need to use it, we can help you for a reasonable fee. • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. It is only permitted in the front garden. • Children: You are welcome to stay with your children. A stroller and a car seat are available (free of charge). A crib or a high chair are not available. I will greet you immediately, show you to the apartment, and explain everything. • Flexible Arrival Time: For your arrival time, please let us know your estimated time via Airbnb messages. We will do our best to accommodate you. • Early Arrival / Luggage Drop-off: If the apartment is not yet ready, you can leave your luggage in our secure entrance. During your stay Who we are: We live as a family on the ground floor of the building. We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment. You can contact us anytime via Airbnb messages (we respond within an hour). If you'd like, we can give you tips about the city or share a cup of tea or coffee. We respect your privacy; interaction is entirely up to you. Other things to note WiFi works in the living room but very weak in the rooms for now
