The apartment with a view, newly built in 2020, is located in the attic of a 3-family house in a very quiet location of Rosengarten-Uttenhofen. We also live in the house, so we will certainly get to know each other. 😉 The apartment has a floor area of approx. 30 square meters (after deduction of the slopes approx. 23 square meters of living space) and includes a nice room with a new fitted kitchen, a daylight bathroom with large shower and a storage room. The storage room was not included in the area specification. Despite the small area, the apartment does not feel squeezed. :-) It has high-quality floors (natural wood floor in the living area and tiles in the bathroom). The apartment is rented furnished: - Single bed - Double sofa bed (1.40 m wide) - Coffee table - Small dining table with chairs - Wardrobe The amenities include, among others - Electric shutters - Video intercom - TV - Cookware and dishes - Coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle - Vacuum cleaner, iron - Separate washing machine in the basement In Uttenhofen there are shops and a good city bus connection. It is about 5 km to Schwäbisch Hall. The apartment is inclusive of all utilities (cold and hot water, heating costs, electricity, garbage, other utilities). WiFi is also provided free of charge. Free parking for the car is available.
