The space With three levels of well-planned space, this modern townhouse creates a comfortable setting for both connection and quiet retreat. The second level forms the heart of the home, where light-filled living and dining zones wrap around an open-plan kitchen, creating a natural flow for cooking, gathering, and unwinding. From here, step onto the covered main balcony for alfresco meals, while a second balcony on the opposite side offers a quiet spot to reset with fresh air and a good book. The third level is dedicated to rest. The primary bedroom features a super king bed and an ensuite, offering a calm place to switch off at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms sit alongside, one with a queen bed and another with two single beds, with the queen bedroom opening onto its own balcony for a moment of privacy.
