Other things to note [House Rules & Guest Guide] ■ Check-in / Check-out • Check-in: 16:00 – 22:00 • Check-out: By 11:00 • Late Check-out Fees: 5,000 JPY per 15 mins (e.g., 11:15 = 5,000 JPY / 11:30 = 10,000 JPY). • Cleaning staff will enter at 11:00 sharp. Please move your vehicles off-site by this time. ■ BBQ Facilities • Fee: 4,400 JPY (Advanced notice required). • Equipment: Electric BBQ grill provided. Bringing your own charcoal, gas stoves, or firewood is strictly prohibited. • Food/Seasoning: Please bring your own (only salt/pepper provided). • Outdoor Hours: Until 22:00. Please cook meats on the deck to prevent odors inside. ■ Sauna & Jacuzzi • Sauna Hours: 16:00–22:00 / 6:00–10:00. • Rules: Swimwear required. Please turn off the power after use. Use only half a ladle for "Loyly" (water on stones). • Jacuzzi: Bath additives (salts/bubbles) are strictly prohibited. ■ Rentals & Payments Note: Swimwear is required for the outdoor sauna. • Sauna Poncho: 800 JPY • Swimwear (Men’s / Women’s): 400 JPY each Payment: Available via on-site QR code payment only. ■ Strict Prohibitions • No Smoking: 100% non-smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes). Violations will result in professional cleaning and repair fees. Please use the outdoor ashtray. • No Parties/Events: Loud music or external speakers are prohibited. • Quiet Hours: 22:00 – 07:00. Please keep voices down outdoors. • No Unregistered Guests: All guests must be registered. A fee of 20,000 JPY per person/night will be charged for unauthorized guests (monitored by security camera). • No Pets. ■ Amenities & Laundry • One set of towels (bath, face, sauna) and basic toiletries provided per person. • Use the gas dryer for extra laundry. Note: The dryer door remains locked until it cools down. Do not use it right before check-out to avoid delays. ■ Others • Parking: Free for up to 3 vehicles (Microbuses allowed). • Cleaning: Please wash dishes and follow garbage recycling rules before leaving. • Guest ID: In accordance with Japanese law, all guests must submit their information. Non-Japanese residents must provide a passport copy. • Lost & Found: Shipping fee + 1,000 JPY handling fee applies for returning forgotten items.
