Accessed by a ladder, this fun sleeping nook has two fold-out floor mattresses—great for adventurous kids or agile adults. (Please note: not ideal for young children or anyone with mobility challenges.). There is also a pullout couch in the living room. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area to gather and unwind, and a private bathroom. A convenient coin-op laundry is available on the main floor. Outside, fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy the shared patio space, perfect for summer evenings by the water.
