"The Space" Upper Studio- Private bath and kitchen

No Cleaning Fee We have a 350 sq. ft. area in our home to share. Bedroom/ living room, kitchen, and private bath await you! Queen sized bed with awesome bedding will ensure your comfort through the night. Our house is located on 14th Street, close to Right Brain Brewery, Traverse City Whiskey Company, and an easy 15 minutes walkable distance to downtown TC! We are one of the few properties in Traverse City that are licensed and registered with the city to be a Tourist Home within the city! The space Retro '70's vibe with cool and funky feel. Clean, roomy, super comfortable! We haven't skimped on the bed, its amazingly comfortable and has great bedding (just check our reviews!). After a long day of soaking up the goodness of Traverse City, you'll want to enjoy the comfort of your own space. TV is provided with a Roku, TV is mounted on an articulating arm to allow great viewing from the bed or the living room. Table and chairs are provided in the kitchen area to plan out your day, eat some food, or get some work done on your laptop. Guest access You’ll have a semi-private entrance which brings you directly into our shared staircase, the guest space is on the second floor and has its own door for privacy. Inside the guest space is a bedroom/ living room combo, kitchen, and private bathroom with shower. We also have office and sleeping area on the second floor that we use, but all areas have doors and contact is minimal. This is an old house, the stairs are steeper than most, and the stair treads are narrower than normal. If you have any difficulty with normal stairs, then ours may be an issue for you. There is a good handrail and grip tape type treads are in place to assist. During your stay We love people and will interact as much as guests are comfortable with. Come have coffee with us in the morning, listen to records, enjoy a bonfire in the back yard, or even hit the town with us! Have your own plans? Feel free to have your quiet time in your private space! We are easy going and flexible! Other things to note Microwave, toaster, fridge, and coffee maker (and grinder of course) are all in your space along with private bath. A fan for white noise or air flow is also provided! Window A/C in the summer.
