The space Your holiday property offers a well equipped and luxurious base to explore Uist “The Old Shop” is an Annex of Otters Lodge. It has a parking area, outside sitting spaces with fabulous views of the shore and hills beyond and it’s own private entrance. The Entrance leads into a Utility Room equipped with a Washing machine and Dishwasher and space for coats boots and clothes drying. The Main Sitting Room and also the Shower Room lead from here. The Shower room has a generous walk in shower with glass enclosure Toilet with concealed cistern and a stone cast vanity sink with plenty of space for wash bags and toiletries. The tiled floor has cozy underfloor heating. The open plan Sitting Room has a small dining table and chairs a comfortable sitting area with Sofa and Easy chair. If you tire of the wonderful views from the large windows (We doubt you will!) then there is a Smart TV with many free to view Channels plus the ability to connect to services such as BBC iPlayer or to log into your Netflix or Amazon Prime Accounts . The TV also has a built in DVD player and there is a selection of DVDs and books. Superfast Fibre broadband access is also included throughout the property. The open plan kitchen area has a full size Fan Oven Induction Hob and along with the under counter Fridge there is also a Toaster and Kettle and all the crockery and Utensils that you are likely to need. Upstairs is the beautiful attic bedroom with comfortable King size bed and plenty of clothes hanging and storage space. The views to the front and side through the 3 windows are stunning. Your bed linen and towels are provided. Electricity for the heating, should you need it, and hot water is also included.
