Our family house built in basaltic organs, "l'écho des Orgues" welcomes you at 900 m altitude in the small quiet hamlet of Gaspard, along the Alagnon valley. Nature is omnipresent, whether in the house or in the garden. The house is very bright, very functional and very comfortable summer and winter. The space Nearby, you can enjoy many outdoor activities: winter sports at the resorts of Super-Lioran (17 km), Prat de Bouc (15 km) (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing...) and the Serre pass (24 km with cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at the foot of Puy Mary), hiking in the Cantal mountains (PR on site and GR4 and GR400 to discover Puy Mary, Plomb du Cantal, Planèze, etc.), fishing in the Ander, Alagnon or Lac du Pécher, climbing (site in Prat de Bouc and Puy de la Tourte, topo available), canyoning in the Cère Gorges, sand yachting in Coltines, paragliding (paragliding school 20 km away), road biking or mountain biking (many circuits listed on the site of highland tourism) as well as water activities in the Truyère Gorges (Garabit Mallet nautical base). The Hautes Terres cycling link crosses the territory of Lioran in Massiac and allows you to cycle safely to Murat or Neussargues. This family house has a first part of enclosed land of 500 m² all around the house with the possibility of parking 2 cars, 2 terraces, one to the south partly covered and the other to the north, pleasant in summer. They are each equipped with garden tables. Another large garden of 1600 m², also fenced, is present at the back of the house at the edge of the forest. The very bright house is composed on the ground floor of an entrance from the covered terrace, a large fully equipped kitchen serving as a spacious dining room with a large farm table, a cozy living room with TV, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140, 1 bathroom with toilet. On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, including 1 large bedroom with 1 extra single mattress if necessary and 1 baby bed, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
