Newly renovated home in Levenshulme - females only

My home is newly renovated with a industrial unfinished look, I've painted the whole house with non toxic paint and natural wood finishes with a secret top bedroom with views over Manchester currently being worked on, providing working space, chill out or a prayer area. I have two lovely cats that are sisters. I have a temporary kitchen in place that is not really accessible unless by request. Small kettle, cups tea bags will be provided in your room. Female guests only... The space 4 bedroom Victorian Terrace in up and coming area of Manchester with lots of world food restaurants and bars. The train is only 6 minutes into Manchester City Centre or plenty of buses nearby that take 20 mins.
