Make sure to turn off ‘Roaming’ since the British Virgin Islands (BVI) is near by and you may receive other signals inadvertently Wildlife: This property is located on the Northside of the island which is more rural and tropical. Guests could encounter bugs (mosquitoes, water bugs, etc.), coqui frogs, lizards, and iguanas. No commercial photography or public photography within property. Guests are required to communicate through the Airbnb app or website during their stay for non-emergencies. For your safety, furniture weight limit should not exceed 250 lbs per person.
