HNet House - a quiet place to stay in city center

A quiet and peaceful place to stay in the center of Depok city, suitable for families, or sharing with a group. Accessible by any means of transportations, and inside a guarded residential cluster. The house is equipped with almost everything necessary for daily life, 7 KVA wall charging for EV, and the location is very convenient and close to public transportations and facilities. The space The house is equipped with: - a kitchenette with grill-microwave, refrigerator, induction stove, electric kettle, rice cooker, juicer, drip coffee maker, air fyer, and cutlery - hot and cold shower in 2 bathrooms (first floor) - front loading washing machine dan iron - flat screen Google TV - AC in all rooms (first floor) - a carport for 1 car, and another 1 car on street parking in front of the house, and few bikes with a 24 hours CCTV - a room and bathroom for driver / nanny on the second floor - front and back-yard - barbeque and garden umbrella (on prior request) - 7 KVA wall charging for EV (pay separately Rp. 2,500 / KWH) The location is very convenient, close to: - commuter train stations (St. Depok, St. Depok Baru), ca. 5 minutes by bike - city bus (Depok Trans for Depok Baru - St. Harjamukti LRT), ca. 5 minutes on foot - convenient stores (Indomaret, Alfamidi), ca 5 minutes on foot - cafes (Phil, Indopoint, Casa Senja), ca 5 minutes on foot - shopping mall + cinema (Depok Plaza, D'mall, Yogya, etc) - many culinary outlets in the surrounding area We also provide (at the first time of arrival only to allow you getting a rest soon after arrival): - tissue at 3 bedrooms (first floor) - toilet paper at 2 bathrooms (first floor) - 2 in 1 body wash at 2 bathrooms (first floor) - towels for all rooms - bed and pillow linens for all bedrooms - 1 big bottle (10-19 litres) mineral water - instant coffes and tea bags Guest access The guest can use the whole space except one wardrobe in the main bedroom. Other things to note Please refer to the basic rule for any occupants: - no smoking inside the house - no strong smell things (durian, etc) inside the house - no weapon and any types of explosive - no drugs - no pet - no party - no loud music - no littering - no portable charger for EV (please use the available 7 KVA wall charging for EV, paid separately) - no feed for birds and fishes inside the cage and pond - not damaging anything Please help us to provide reasonable and comfortable accomodation for any future guests by: - keeping everything clean - using all equipments properly - ensuring all equipments and cutlery are not lost
