The cottage is ideally located in the Charente valley to radiate between the Dordogne, the Bordeaux region, the Poitevin marshes and the Atlantic mountain coast on Gironde in La Rochelle, everything is less than an hour and a half by car. This cottage has no exterior but at 5m there is a place by the river with tables for dining. Access to the cities of Angoulême, Jarnac and cognac in 15-20 minutes.
