Charming typical Canut apartment - Lyon center

Our apartment is located in the heart of the lively and bohemian "Pentes de la Croix Rousse" district, on one of the 2 hills of Lyon. You will appreciate its location 5 minutes from the hyper center and the "Croix Paquet" or "Croix Rousse" metro. Get ready and put on your sneakers to venture into the traboules of the neighborhood and their stairs! The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor, without elevator, of a 19th century building. We have completely renovated and equipped it by combining modernity and the charm of the old. You will have a mezzanine bedroom (ATTENTION: ceiling height at 1.50 m), a bathroom with shower and toilet (ceiling height at 2m), a living area with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen open to the living room. We can accommodate up to 4 people (bed +sofa bed). We recommend the sofa bed for 2 children and NOT for adults because the mattress, even having bought as thick as possible, does not remain comfortable. Possibility to provide you with a baby bed and mattress on request. We travel regularly with AirBnb and make sure you have everything you need: - Bed & Bath Linen - TV with Netflix, Wifi - Small extra washing machine - 4 kg - Iron, hair dryer - Cooking kit: condiments, oil, vinegar & good quality equipment - Nespresso coffee pods, tea, infusion - Soap, dish soap, shower gel, shower gel, shampoo There is no air conditioning for the summer (not possible to install it in our building because it is classified) but you will have at your disposal 2 standing fans. Guest access You have free access to the whole apartment. Other things to note Linens and towels provided Additional fees (optional services): If a reservation is made for 2 guests but they wish to sleep in separate beds, the cost of providing additional sheets is 15 euros. Please let me know so I can prepare a kit.
