Villa in a central and quiet location

Note: No parties allowed. Villa with walking distance to train station, Parken Zoo, city center, Tuna Park shopping center and grocery store Kitchen, dining room, living room and toilet with bathtub and shower are on the lower floor as well as a large terrace. Plot with grass areas for board games and access to soccer goals and a trampoline. We would like guests to leave the house in the same condition as when they arrived. Cleaning equipment is available.
