Have fun with the whole family or friends in our apartment, because in addition to having spacious, cozy and stylish spaces, you can enjoy the common areas such as barbecue area, pool, gym, recreational area with ping pong table and foosball. We are pet-friendly, let us know if you are coming with your furry friend, we will have a bed for them too. We have EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay here: a pool kit, a barbecue kit, a kit of essentials, as well as premium toiletries for your comfort. The space The apartment has two floors and two bedrooms: Master bedroom: Queen size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, private bathroom, hair dryer, work area with desk and ergonomic chair, the perfect place if you have to work from home. Secondary bedroom: double bed, closet, private bathroom and a small reading corner. Half bathroom that serves the dining room, which is very cozy; paintings and floor lamps and armchairs that invite you to rest; it has a very comfortable king size sofa bed and equipped with white linens at your disposal in case you decide to use it. All bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soap and moisturizer for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances: conventional oven and microwave, dishes, and cooking essentials, everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and special stay. We have a Coffee and Tea Station where we invite you to enjoy a rich coffee with a Nespresso coffee maker, you will find complimentary capsules at your disposal and if you are not a fan of coffee, we have a delicious selection of tea. The apartment is designed for you to enjoy your stay. In every corner you will find details that will make you enjoy your stay, such as scented candles, armchairs with blankets perfect for reading. By the way, we have books in English, Spanish and Italian at your disposal! From the living room you can access a cozy private patio with stone walls, where we have chairs to enjoy moments outdoors. It is the perfect place to share a glass of wine. We also have red, white and sparkling wine glasses as well as a corkscrew, all ready for your enjoyment!! We are Pet Friendly! You have a bed and a blanket available for your furry friend if you decide to bring them. The apartment has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. We have wifi, private covered parking for 2 cars and 24-hour security. The condo offers first-class amenities such as a heated pool, gym, yoga room, ping pong table, multipurpose area, barbecue, swings, and beautiful gardens. The location is unbeatable. We are 5 minutes from Anahuac University by car, and 20 minutes from the airport and Queretaro's historic center. We are 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes walking from Jamadi Park, one of the most outstanding parks in the area, with large green areas ideal for enjoying outdoor activities. This park has a fenced area for dogs, remember that you must always be accompanied. Next to the park there is a small plaza with an Oxxo, cafeteria, laundry, beauty salon and gym; we are minutes from the HEB and several shopping plazas.
