Welcome! The Sunny Sunshine Master Bedroom A is a charming private bedroom with a private bathroom in a safe neighborhood. Just a few minutes away drive from downtown, amazing restaurants, UNT, TWU, and shopping center. We offer a simple room with hard wood flooring, a full size bed, drawers, a fridge, and a private bathroom with a toilet, standing shower, double sink, and a spacious walk in closet. When you approach the house, you will use the number lock to enter the house with provided code. Then you will turn left and find the door labeled "A." There will be a key lock box outside the door. The key to get inside the room is inside the lock box. Codes will be provided to you on check in day. Parking is in front of the garage or on the side of the house. Your stay will include a blanket, fitted sheet, flat sheet, two pillows with pillow cases, and two towels. Shampoo, conditioner, water bottles, cups, hand soap, disinfectant spray is provided as well. Room also has a ceiling fan light and natural lighting with blinds and curtains. Please note: This is a private room in a shared house. We also have the Sunny Sunshine Room B, C, and D. Room A is the only room with a private bathroom. Living room area is shared between all guest. Living room provides sitting chairs and microwave. There is no access to the kitchen, TV, laundry machine, or work table. You can call or text us any time for help on Airbnb directly! We tend to respond within minutes. We are located at the heart of Denton. It is near downtown Denton also known as the Denton square. It is also close to University of North Texas, Texas Women’s University, the Golden Triangle Mall, and much more attractions. -2 minutes drive to the nearest gas station -11 minutes drive to UNT -4 minutes drive to many fast food places -8 minutes drive to TWU -14 minutes drive to Rayzor Ranch Marketplace -5 minutes drive to Golden Triangle Mall If you can can not follow my rules then don’t book! -No smoking or vaping in the front yard, back of the house, or inside the house -No pets allowed -No hand or face towels will be provided by the host but your stay will come with 2 pillows, blanket, fitted sheet, flat sheet, and 2 bath towels -Bathtub is NOT in use/only standing shower can be used -Please stay quiet after 8:00 pm due to other guest and us need to rest and have a good night sleep for the next day -Check in after 5:00 pm -Check out before 11:00 am -You will self check in/check in by yourself with the keypad and room lock box -Codes will be provided to you on the day you check in -Please don’t expect my house to be like the hotel
