Our villa is quietly situated on a hill in southern Tuscany, surrounded by a 35 hectare private area. Over the years, the property has been extensively landscaped with thousands of trees and shrubs, as well as shaded arcades, a conservatory and a magnificent large lake, beach volley court and playground. Today, the Villa Sant'Anna offers a perfect place to relax for large groups of up to 26 or 32 people, but also for single travelers. In addition, the perfect ambience for family celebrations and seminars. Cultural trip or beach holiday? Do sports or lounging? Action or rest? Here, everything can be wonderfully combined: swimming in the beautiful beaches during the day, visiting beautiful Tuscan towns, watching the architecture and art, strolling through lively weekly markets, visiting wineries, eating authentic Tuscan food in quaint restaurants, cycling on quiet routes or in the surrounding woodland hike. And when you return, immerse yourself in the refreshing clean water of our in-house swimming lake and enjoy the tranquility and let the day fade away.
