The space Our vacation home in picturesque Rattendorf, located in the heart of Carinthia, is an ideal base. The region offers beautiful hiking trails through mountains and forests, including the impressive Garnitzenklamm and Weissenbachklamm. Cyclists can enjoy various routes along the river Gail and in the surrounding mountains. The Presseger See (15 km) and the Weissensee (34 km) are perfect for a day on the water. Also there is an 18-hole golf course, with driving range and practice area 3 km away. Our vacation home offers an ideal place for both peace and adventure. Only 2.4 km from the Millennium Express, the longest gondola in Austria, within five minutes by car or in winter by ski bus (which stops just 50 meters from our house), you are on the ski slopes in no time. In summer, the gondola is free with the Nassfeld Holiday Card, which you will receive from us. The ski area offers an impressive range of no less than 110 kilometers of ski slopes. For those who do not have much experience, there are several ski schools that provide expert guidance. Whether you want to ski, hike, bike or just enjoy nature, Carinthia has something for everyone, and after an active day you can relax in our cozy vacation home. Ground floor: Living room: The cozy living room has a comfortable seating area, a smart television and a dining table for six people. Here you can enjoy a cozy meal or just relax. Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a delicious meal with an induction hob, a combination microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer combination. Bathroom with sun shower: The bathroom on the ground floor has a sun shower and rain shower, a wonderful way to relax and warm up after a day outdoors. Extra toilet: There is a separate toilet with sink on the ground floor. Terrace: From the living room, you have access to the terrace, a nice place to enjoy the outdoors with views of the mountains. 1st floor: Bedrooms: On the first floor there are two spacious, comfortable bedrooms, both with a double bed and plenty of closet space. Bathroom: The bathroom on the first floor has a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. Finnish sauna: Adjacent to the bathroom you will find a room with a Finnish sauna where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility after an active day in the mountains. Balconies: Both bedrooms each have their own balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains and nature.
