The space Layout & setting: • Entire accommodation is on the first floor • Two separate private bedrooms • One common hall for sitting and additional sleeping space • Back side balcony with fresh air and open surroundings • Each bedroom has its own private toilet and bathroom located on the balcony side • Toilets and bathrooms are NOT shared Sleeping arrangement: • Each bedroom has a single bed where two guests can sleep comfortably • For additional guests, extra mattresses are provided • Extra mattresses are arranged in the bedrooms and hall as required Guest access Guests have access to the entire first floor, including both private bedrooms, the common hall, two private toilet–bathrooms, back side balcony, and shared outdoor areas such as the backyard seating space. Other things to note • Breakfast is available on order and is paid separately (not included) • Extra mattresses are provided for additional guests • Quiet hours are after 12:00 AM • Suitable for families and quiet group travellers • Parties, loud music, and gatherings are not allowed
