Saraiville is run by our family and one of us visits the place everyday to keep a check on everything working well. Other things to note Guests are requested to read the following rules before confirming the booking. General Rules • Gambling, prostitution, drugs, contraband items, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. • Guests are liable for any damage to property, furniture, linens, or amenities and will be charged accordingly. • Outside food and delivery services are not permitted on the property. • Loud music or noise after 10:00 PM is not allowed. • Guests are advised to lock their rooms securely. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. • Any damage or issue must be reported to management immediately. • Permanent stains, tears, or damage to linens, towels, or furniture will be charged to the guest. Pool Rules & Guidelines • Pool timing: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. • Shower before entering the pool. • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. • No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk. • No food, glass items, or alcohol allowed in the pool or surrounding deck area. • The pool area is not serviceable for restaurant orders. • Two towels per guest are provided during the stay.
