In accordance with our general conditions, the arrival times are as follows: • for an arrival from Monday to Saturday - excluding public holidays - the Tenant may enter the premises between 4 p.m. and 6.30 p.m .; • for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, the Tenant may enter the premises between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Any late arrival - outside these hours - will result in the Lessor invoicing a fee of € 50 including VAT payable on site by the Tenant, corresponding to the costs arising from such a late arrival. In any event and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, no arrival can be made after 11pm.
