Access involves quite a few steps from the parking area. The space Villa Alex is a beautiful 3-bedroom seafront villa with a private pool, enjoying magnificent, elevated views over the Ionian Sea and easy reach on foot to the beach. Its privileged position offers excellent privacy and a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for guests seeking a tranquil island escape close to the beach and local life. The villa covers approximately 110 sq.m. across two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests (an additional child could be accommodated at the sofa bed - please enquire) . The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living area (TV facilities only internet/netflix), one double bedroom and a shower room. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a spacious family bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. The private pool area, reached via a few steps from the main living level, is ideal for relaxing while enjoying uninterrupted sea views. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and a charcoal BBQ create a perfect setting for outdoor living and alfresco dining. Access to Villa Alex from the parking area requires climbing approximately 50 steps, making it best suited for guests comfortable with stairs. The reward is breathtaking panoramic sea and village views from both the villa and pool area as well as serenity and total privacy. There is private access down to the seafront street at the bottom of the plot by going down the steps, past the sister-villa called villa Argiri located at the lower side of the plot, and then further down through a private alley. From the bottom of the plot, one can reach Spilia beach (200 meters away on foot), offering organized sunbeds, a beach bar, and a welcoming seaside taverna serving traditional Greek dishes right by the water, whereas the port, a mini market and another taverna by the sea are within 1km. Villa Alex is also well located for exploring Meganisi, with Ammos Beach 3 km and Vathy village 4.5 km away to the east, and Spartochori village 3 km to the west. Guest access The villa, its pool and surroundings are all for your private use. Other things to note Overall in the same plot we have two villas, they both have amazing seaviews. They are located at different ground levels, so they are totally independent from one another. Villa Alex is the top one, villa Argiri is the lower one. In terms of size the two villas are very similar, with villa Alex having a bit more space in the sittin groom and pool area. The parking area with one parking space for each villa is found at the level of villa Argiri. This means that villa Alex has quite a few steps to climb to reach the entrance, something that is not recommended for people who are not comfortable with stairs. The two properties can be combined for larger groups, offering a unique option for extended families or friends traveling together while maintaining privacy.
