Black Pearl - themed suite with parking - A/C

Come and enjoy a unique experience in our pirate-themed accommodation! It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet and a large room with living area with a sofa bed (with real mattress) and fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, stovetop, range hood, DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker, kettle,...) The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of a very quiet small condominium of 4 units. The space The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room (real mattress) The kitchen is fully equipped. Parking in the secure private courtyard (fenced with a gate) the accommodation is non-smoking. In case of non-compliance, a fee of €100 will be charged. There is video surveillance that films the entrance to the building for security. The cleaning and linen package includes: cleaning, linens and towels. Guest access When booking, you will receive a check-in link to get all the information for your arrival on the day. Check-in is via a lockbox, so there's no stress for arrival. The link with the code is active from 5 pm, and I remain available by phone as needed from 8 am to 9 pm. I don't live very far away, so I can respond quickly if needed. Other things to note When you leave, please empty your trash cans (the containers are right in front of the building) Your dishes should be done and put away. Please put the towels in the shower when you leave.
